Using the Find dialog box for the drawing file on the computer

To find a file :

From the File menu, select Open.

In the Choose File dialog box, select Tools Find.

In the Find dialog box, in the Name & Location tab, specify the file type, file name, and path.

On the Date Modified tab, select All Files, or select Search all files created or modified to specify a date filter.

We can find the picture changed between a specific date range or a certain number of months or days.

Select Find Now.

Select one or more files from search results and select OK.

In the Choose File dialog box, select Open.
