ERASE command

Modify menu: Erase

Shortcut menu: Select the objects to erase, right-click in the drawing area, and choose Erase.

ERASE command is very simple, does not have a choice.

To delete objects, select objects and choose Home tab> Modify panel> Erase,

or press Del on the keyboard. Or, select Erase and then select the object.

Type 'E' at the command promt

Text appears in the command promt

Command: e

eRASE

Select objects: 1 found> click the horizontal line (1)

Select objects: 1 found, 2 total> click the vertical line (2) enter
