Layouts AutoCAD 2012
Model space is the area where we will create a design. Layout that works for annotation, borders, title blocks, and plotting.
In AutoCAD, there are two different work environments are represented by models and named layout.
If you would create two-dimensional image that has a single view,
You can make good models and explanations are all in model space, do not use layouts.
This is the traditional method for creating images with AutoCAD.
When we design, we always have to draw on the full scale. Space environment models offer
limited quantities to create the design. Use layouts to create sheets of drawings that represent
an area equal to the actual size of the paper.
We can switch between model space and layout by selecting a button located on the Status Bar
at the bottom of the AutoCAD window.
